The one time i watch Oprah I actually learned something useful.

When finishing a bathroom break, you MUST wash with soap and water for 15 seconds for it to do any good at all. Just water? What a waste! Less than 15 seconds? Why bother? You're just wasting soap and water.

Don't want to count to 15 every time? A normal speed of the chorus of "Happy Birthday" is about 15 seconds. So, start singing! Just don't sing so loud in public that folks around you wonder who you're singing to! :)
