While Waiting For Warmer Weather: Learning To Blog! =)

Corte Madera, CA

Hello, everyone! While our friends in Florida are enjoying their growing season, here in the Bay Area, our rainy winter is just around the corner. I have only a few things growing: Kale, Cabbage, Peas, and Mustard Greens. I have a few tomatoes left, and they are taking a beating from wind, rain, and cooler night temperatures (mid to high 40s).

Over the weekend I started tooling around wordpress.com and started a blog to catalog the tomatoes and peppers I will be growing in 2009. I don't have much posted yet, but it's a bit fun.

Here it is:

Thanks for looking.

See you are growing Nyagous. Like it? Last year it way outproduced Carbon and Noire de Crimee which were planted right next to it. Very uniform and pretty fruit too. Here's a photo:

LOL, Joy. For sure we have the same faves =).

David_Paul, what gorgeous tomatoes! No, I have not grown them yet. My list is for 2009 Tomatoes. I guess my drop-down categories do not work without actual blog posts.

A few more weeks and I shall start the seeds!

One variety a week?
