CLOSED: Saw lots of little birds today & can't tell what they are!

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

I'm going to post several birds. They might be the same kind or not. If you can tell what they are please let me know. Here's side one of mystery bird one. He turned around, so I have the back of him too.

This one kind of looks like those above. It was in a different part of the park though. Still could be the same. Maybe a yellow-rumped warbler? I didn't see a yellow rump, but it was flying around so fast that I don't know what I saw.

Mystery bird 3.

#1 I'm thinking is just an American Goldfinch - finch bill, notched tail, white bars on wings.

#2 Agree with Yellow-rumperd Warbler; the yellowish flanks aren't always visible, particularly on first-winter birds. #3 I think is the same.

OMG! a finch, really! I've got to get my finch feeders out. That's so exciting.

Can you tell what this one is? I wasn't going to ask because it's such a lousy pic, but I'm so curious!

Probably a Ruby-crowned Kinglet - tiny thin bill, eye ring. Can't be 100% certain though.

Last bird is indeed Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

Cool! Thanks!

There seem to be more Ruby-crowned Kinglets in the south this fall than usual.
