Cornish hen and crock pot

The hens were on sale and even though I don't know what to do with them I couldn't resist buying them! I have 4 of them thawing for tomorrow and a crock pot waiting to do it's duty. I don't want to do anything orange or fruity but would love a suggestion involving stuffing (my favorite)! Any ideas?
