I just hatched this silkie yesterday. Any thoughts on color? Is it black? Blue? Grey?
What color is my silkie?
Seems that it has some lighter grey on its belly.
This pic is with flash and it's not quite as light as it looks.
This one is a bit more true to life. Still not black all over though so I'm not sure what this color is.

Well that's cool! I don't have a blue one! I have a white and a partridge!
To early for me to tell claire sometimes the black ones can be a little light wait till his little wing feathers come in before you settle on a color then you will know for sure.
