Thank you, Joanne. Lovely pic! A colleague of DH's was to take us on a fly-over plane ride today, but we are working around his schedule and there was a band of turbulence. I love the idea of a plane ride - but not turbulence in a small plane! Hoping for tomorrow.

We were without internet for a few days. Really felt weird to be so out of touch with everything, but a good break too. Almost got got used to no DG.

Ann, thanks! Yep, we went up yesterday morning in a little Cessna 172. It was great! Took a lot of pics - which probably accounted for my motion-sickness.... lol

Just in the immediate area, Ann. All of about 45 mins. Motion sickness was very mild, thankfully - and it was due to NOT focussing on the horizon, so I was told.
This is the bridge you would cross over the Madawaska River - going from White Lake to Arnprior.
