I have a question about my bougainvillea, can someone help me in this group?
Bougainvillea 'Pink Pixil'
What's your question? I've seen people get advice on them here before so chances are someone will be able to help you.
This plant is beginning to drop it leaves. I have several others and they have already dropped theirs and are getting new ones. I want to propagate and I am not sure the best time to do it and how have those people who successfully taken cuttings and had them grow made that happen. Wheee that is a long question...sorry.
This is a beautiful color! I have never seen it before - very fifties kind of pink!
I've heard they are tricky to propagate from cuttings. Sorry I can't be of help, but I wanted to admire!

Can't help you on the cuttings either, but the falling off leaves could be too much water, or if you just recently brought it inside it could be adjusting to the indoor climate, or maybe there's a vent blowing right on it or something along those lines.
Bouganville will drop most if not all their leaves in the winter time. You can bring it inside and water once a month and they will come back in the spring. It will not survive your weather outside in the spring.
I have never successfully propagate one, but here is instruction:

Thank you all so much for the great information and comments. I now know I am not alone in my propagating failures. LOL Have a great day. I will keep you posted on my next cuttings.
