HELP WITH PICASA 3, PLEASE

Hi, everyone.

A bit of help from you knowledgeable people, if I may impose upon you. Sheldon is having a hard time uploading pictures into Dave's garden. He is using Picasa 3 to store and manage his pictures. Do any of you have Picasa 3 installed? Have you experienced difficulties?
