Found a good site for Pigeon info ^_^

I found this site and there's a man by the name John who will answer any question you have about pigeon's.
I ask him about vaccinateing my pigeons for pox and he told me they wouldn't get it from my chickens.
You have no idea what a big relief that was so heres the site and i recommend anyone interested in pigeons go and ask John a question.
You just Put in your name and your Email and ask a question and he Emails you back real fast and i will be asking some burning questions i have too.

awesome!! well i found someone who has both fantails and jacobins so i'm working on getting a pair of each if i can swing it. i listed in a local trade today 6 of my cockatiels for sale so hopefully i will have enough money soon i can downsize and still get the pigeons i want and have them shipped in quick. crossing my fingers!! yes i will have loads of questions so thanks for the link.

thank you! well i'm hopeing for a pair of white fantails and a pair of jacobins that r a black and a splash. i'm hopeing to sell some hatching eggs to help pay for them and i put a local ad for 6 of my cockatiels also to help. so we shall see how it goes i'm not counting my birds before they r here,lol.

He has answered me everytime i have asked him something he's very nice.

lol, i might have asked a few tough ones though. i'm excited to hear back from him to see what he says.

i did hear back from him, i forgot to tell u. he did not answer any of the questions i asked him, just said wow, that's alot of questions which really wasn't. he said to check a pigeon website for a club thing i already knew of to find members in my area to ask them questions. noone in my area raises them unfortunately and all i found was links to shows.

also said to search books at the library which i already did with a dead end. our local pet store i even checked and they have every kind of animal book had nothing for pigeons. the book i want on ebay is $50+shipping and i don't have that kind of money for a book.

so i'm searching the net again it is where i have found the most info. i'm saveing the good sites i find info on in my favorites to compile links to referance too.

lol, i don't know they were pretty basic questions. awesome, i just joined it and checking it out, thank you!! i feel lost,lol noone here knows anything except pigeons r wild birds that sit on the buildings downtown, that is so sad.

Well i know the basic of pigeons feed,care,houseing and Hatching but the genetics i have to ask about that.
