Cinnamon Roll Recipe

I would like to know if anyone has a Cinnamon Recipe that will raise? Each time I make them I cannot get them to raise like the ones you buy in a Bakery. They always stay small and they get hard.

My wife makes Friendship bread and it always turns out good. I would say that the Cinnamon Rolls would be on the same order as this. It is very disappointing to make the Cinnamon Rolls and they turn out bad.

I also would like to make Coffee Cake, if anyone knows of a very good old fashion Coffee Cake recipe could you pass it along also?
