This is my rug (or soon to be rug). My SIL bought it and it's too big for her room, perfect for us. We just have to get it from Florida to Michigan.

I really want to paint my living room a shade of blue. My sectional sofa is taupe. I have hardwood floors (medium oak). Am I crazy? I hate my burgundy and gold drapes, they are heavy and depressing. I think blue would liven the room up. Critique please!!
