On the Road again.

Went to the Coast for a couple of days. As usual I took numerous pics and have pared them down to 27. On the way to the Coast (near Hoopa) I saw some Crows.............

chasing a hawk away. ( hawk species ??) ( immature Red tailed Hawk....thanks Resin )

While photographing the Crows I realized that the tree next to me was full of Butter Butts ( Yellow-rumped Warblers )

On the Coast I got pics of a Pied-billed Grebe and...........

Pelle and Nanny...thanks. I think this is the first time that the light has been good while I was on the Coast. The morning I left it was heavy fog.

What another great trip Adel...I enjoyed all the pics but I think my favorite is the series of the Brown Pelican!! Thanks for sharing the trip...makes me want to return to Cal asap!!

Thanks for the kind words. I hope to head for the Klamath Basin in a month or so, the Bald Eagles should be showing up by then.
