HAVE: Green Shrimp Plant

Edinburg, TX

I have lots of rooted Green Shrimp Plant available for trade. This plant is the larval host for the Malachite butterfly. http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species?l=1783 These plants grow easily - they pretty much put down roots if any of the stem nodes touch the ground :o)

Am looking for any of these rooted larval host plants:

cardiospernum corindum (tropical heartseed)
cardiospernum halicacabum (baloon vine)
chenopodium berlandieri (pitseed goosefoot)
tragia glanduligera or tragia ramosa (noseburn)
passiflora lutea (wild yellow passion flower)
passiflora suberosa (corkstem passion flower)
passiflora tenuiloba (slender lobe passion flower)
boehmeria cylindrica (false nettle)
anisacanthus wrightii (flame acanthus)
dicliptera vahliana (dicliptera)
bauhinia mexicana (Mexican Orchid Tree)

Hi, Cat! Didn't I send you P. lutea a few years ago? If not, I wonder whom I did send it to! LOL Gee, the memory is shot!

Am pretty good at taking care of the butterfly larval host plants I have bought and traded. However, my memory is pretty much bullet ridden as well :o)

But still...I don't have any in my yard and can't remember getting any...or if I did and forgot about - am thinking I would remember killing it or having it die
off. :o)

As I said, I may have just imagined I sent you some - I hope someone has a nice plant - you do so much for our beautiful butterflies - thank you for caring!

I hope so too!!!
