I am getting a new green house erected as we speak and want to try some veggies for winter eating. Any suggestions?

What veggies can grow well in winter in a green house?
Depends on how much heat you will provide. Chard, lettuce etc need no heat.
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Turnip Greens, onions, garlic, chives, radishes.
All these will do great in your zone---plus lettuce. You could even grow a cherry tomato plant but that is tricky.
