After growing so very tall 12 feet, my Rosalao i received as woody Cutting is presenting me with so much beauty, very long Tendrils, a pretty large flow reaching for the Sun thru the Palm Frowns which i had to cut as she got tangled up in them, not crazy about Singles, but i just love this.
ROSALAO is a Rosa Zauber x Balao cross by Monika Gottschalk, Seed Parent is Shirley Morr. Many Thanks Ladies this one is great for Florida!

She has amazing tendrils. She is curvy and wavy. Glad to know she does well in FL.
I loved mine this year. She gets better with age. Lovely pictures, Christa. Bet you didn't try to pollinate her way up there in the palm. LOL! I would get dizzy up there and short of air. LOL..............
Thought I would drop by and add a picture of my Rosalao. Hope you don't mind, Christa. Our weather was so windy this year that almost all of my brug blooms were ruined. This was about the best picture I got of her this year.

I think Rosalao is a real beauty. I love the fact that she does well in the florida heat. Both Pink Charm and Rosalao have Rosa Zauber as the momma. I wonder if that's the reason both of these brugs thrive here.

Where in Dunedin do you live..... My son and his wife live in Dunedin.... I lived in Clearwater for 27 years... sure wish I knew about Brugs back then. I woulda had a back yard chuck full of them...
My daughter lives in the same town as Starlight does.... Now to find someone that lives close to me in Tennessee.. lol
If you ever decide to make some cuttings, I sure sure sure would love love love a cutting or two... so keeping my fingers crossed... and eyes too... lol
