taskbar issue...

In moving my "traveling" taskbar, the buttons got arranged outside the double lines, so they are next to the volume, battery, eject hardware buttons.

So I have 2 questions:

1. Can anyone tell me how to move them to the left side of the double lines, so the working displays are in the middle of taskbar where they used to be. (hope that's clear)

2. In playing with this problem I "lost" the internet exployer button on task bar, when I was trying to drag and move it....now it's gone. Is there an easy way to get it back on the taskbar?
