I'd say Song Sparrow and Savannah Sparrow, respectively.

I suppose it might be better for each person commenting to explain why they think their ID is the correct one.

I'm going to disagree with Resin on Savannah Sparrow, and agree with TheGrine on Swamp Sparrow.

I'm posting two shots of Savannah Sparrows for comparison. The yellow above the eye is a vivid yellow on the Savannah Sparrow, this is lacking in f-chisolms picture. The Savannah Sparrow's wing color is rather drab uniform color. f-chisolms picture has a more complex pattern which matches the picture of a Swamp Sparrow in National Geographic's Field Guide.
