Hiya :-)

WEll .. we have all our Kale in .. 4 frosts and a herd of deer who LOVE the stuff helped me make the decision.

So, now my dilemma. I did check Dave's recipe book but had no luck finding a Kale Soup recipe. I had it once several years ago in Wisconsin. The soup is of Danish origin .. and is oft times served OVER poached eggs .. now .. I like poached eggs .. but on toast please :-)
Does anyone have a Kale soup recipe.
As well .. while I'm at it .. has anyone ever 'put Kale down' ? I dried some in the dehydrator and in the microwave .. am going to add it to soups and stews.
