Marjarom Bonsai

Nothing ventured, nothing gained, so I decided, why not a marjarom bonsai? Anyone ever tried herbal bonsai with different herbs besides rosemary? I read some where that anything with a woody enough stem could be turned into a bonsai. So I cut back my marj. to two stems, and trained them to go in a sorta waterfall way. It sent out more shoots that I need to train, and so far so good. Yet, I would like some advice if any one has any.

That's so interesting Rachel never thought of that idea' I don't have a greenhouse for winter to play with my plants but do have grow lights on timers and humidifiers in our home' Always wondered if like your majoram needs to rest in winter or just keeps on growing? Curious''
