Bald Eagle pics

Got an opportunity this morning for a few pics when a Bald Eagle came over. He was soaring around in the company of an Osprey, even crying out occasionally.

Last week we were in Wisconsin, was gifted to see one fly across a field.

Now did you use a zoom or was he that close?

6th. I was fully zoomed, but he was plainly visible in the sky.

Thanks, Seedtosser...got my fifth and sixth Eagle sightings today. They are always such a sight to see. Here is an juvenile Bald Eagle from this morning.

I may have to take a trip back to Lake Monticello soon, maybe the eagles will be out now. What is the best time of year to see eagles in Arkansas?

Thanks, Pelle, nanny, margaret and crazybirdlady. Can't answer you about the Eagles in Arkansas, I live in Florida. Can't believe I have seen so many since that first sighting over a year ago. I figured that was a once in a lifetime thing.....so everybody will get a shot if you scan the skies long enough!

Please somebody get me a towel, I need to wipe up the drool.
