Carol,
You were right about my H. fungii being in to big a pot. After repotting 3 wks ago I now have 3 new leaves and they are not falling off.
Many Thanks,
Betty
Thanks Carol
Hi Betty
Just looking at your fungii. Nice plant. I received a cutting of fungii a few months ago, but the leaves don't look anything like you leaves. They look like maybe carnosa motosskei.
I also noticed your monitor. You have a great display of pictures on it. How did you do that? Is it a program that makes a collage? I would love to have a desktop scene like yours.
Thanks for any help.
GREAT news, Betty. If the dark veins are visible within the green leaf, it would be H. fungii. H. fungii is also called, by some, H. carnosa from Vietnam...and they are related...but it does have the darker veins and spots, usually.
Hi imadigger,
I love my photo toss screen saver. You can put any photos you like on it an itacys like a deck of cards being thrown across a table. It is free threw Magnetic at incredimail just down do a Google on magnetic and down load screensavers, you'll have so much fun if you have any trouble let me know it is easy and you will have so much fun all your favorite pictures tossed accross your screen.
I would like to see a picture of your plant. I know mine is correctly labeled. I just love the H. fungii even without flowers I think it is a beautiful plant.
have fun with your magnitic photo toss.
Betty
Carl,
My H. fungii has very dark veins.
Very nice plant, Betty! I don't have fungii .... yet, but it is on my list, LOL. I love the ones with the interesting veining (is that a proper word?) in the foliage.
I love your screensaver too! I'm going to the website to check it out ... I wonder if it's doable on a Macintosh or if it's just available for windows machines? Guess I will find out cause I'm going there now!
