I received some cuttings of grape or maybe kangaroo ivy from my step-mother today, she's been rooting them in water for about a month and was going to throw them out. They look real healthy except the roots are red and real chunky and lumpy, is this the way their supposed to look or might it be some kind of disease, or possibly just from being in water for so long??? the mother plants is huge and healthy no sign of disease there.
Thanks,
Becky
