Creamsickle is mostly past her prime. Should have taken a picture 3 days ago, but oh the scent from her was marvelous!

Mary, Creamsickle is gorgeous even if she is past prime, I just love the doubles. Shredded Lady is interestingly with those blooms, she has a beautiful color.

Past her time but I agree with Donna, she is gorgeous! Now that is another one in my want list, lol!

Mary,
One of my yellow Brugs had all shredded blooms once, but early in the spring. Never did find out why. The Painted Lady blooms look beautiful. Creamsickle is still one of my favorites. This is my shredded Citrine.

WOW Betty! Your shredded Citrine looks fabulous! ♥

Betty, Citrine looks really pretty with shredded blooms too.

That was the one and only time that the shredded flowers appeared. Sigh!!!

Weird, isn't it?

Weird, but that Citrine looks really good shredded. Probably looks real good whole too!

This are my first blooms from First Belle. I received her almost a year ago in a trade with her hybridizer, BJ's Bloomers.

Wow Mary, You already have your Brugs under some protection. I have to spray my greenhouse tomorrow to get rid of the Bermuda grass that grew in between the pavers this summer. I will then have to wait until next weekend maybe a few days later to get my plants into the greenhouse. The nighttime temperatures are still in the high 50a and 60s. I'll have to drag out the Neem Oil and give everything a good spraying.

Ahhhhhhhh you are killing me with those blooms!

Nice pictures, Mary. I'll sure be watching for your cool weather flushes.

Mine are under shade cover for all the hot seasons - which is almost all year round. LOL The favorites go into the Greenhouse in November. I put sides on 3 sides of the shade shelter. The back part of the shade shelter has a window in it to let some light in. Therefore, I'll still get some blooms in the winter - just not the quality and quantity of the Spring and Fall blooms. The shelter protects them from frost so they won't be harmed unless we have an exceptional freeze like we had a couple years ago. February of 2007 knocked that big Creamsickle plant down to it's roots. I thought it was toast, for sure!

My double white had a shreded flower next to a normal one .
When it opened I started tracing it back - hoping it was a sport . It wasn't when flower next to it open the next day it was normal .
I had one shredded one on my Dr. Seuss . Probably lack of /too much water or brusied .
