Future Epsicia babies

In '06 my Faded Jaded produced several seed pods and I have bored ya'll to tears with the growth process over the passed 2 yrs. Well,brace your self! I have seed pods on two different Silver Skies and Faded Jade again this year. This year I had Faded Jade, Silver Skies,Kee Wee,Tropical Topaz,Strawberry Patch and 2 seedlings from '06 summering together on the front patio so it's gonna be anybody's guess as to "who da daddy". Here's hoping,bringing the plants inside doesn't cause the pods to abort.

You could have a really fun assortment of seedlings! :-)

I certaining hope so. I only kept 2 out of 72 from '06 seedlings....but not as many pods this time. 1 on SS,2 on second SS and 2 on FJ. Can't remember exactly how many seeds were in each pod but a wild guess at a possibly of 50 per so looking at a possible 200 seeds ct.

Winter fun! Gotta keep these hands in dirt somehow when the weather doesn't allow.I've just started dividing out african violet babies from the mother leaves.I've got begonias rooting in water too.

I hear ya!! I just placed an order for about 20 pkgs of gessie seeds, I don't have any planted just yet-- but DO have baby begonias I need to start transplanting.

Please "DO NOT!" tell me where you bought the gessie seeds....LOL

Which begonia is that? I have Looking Glass,My Special Angel,Shelp's(sp could...probably is wrong)Mahogany,Pink Charm, Wineuma and one NOID dk.gr w/ spots..

They are both species begonias--B. dipetala, but one is s'posed to have a red reverse on the leaves. I just thought these were so cute with their little spots. I have several other varieties up-- but they are tinier. the begonia seeds came from ABS-- the gessie seeds--well I won't tell you-- but it is the "other" society (wink, wink)

Thanks for sparing me that address. My hub's would run me off if I biught any more seeds or plants...LOL
