I have several pics to share from the weeks that my computer was down. These were taken from late August to early October. A long time to be without a computer and off-line!
The Blue-gray Gnatcatchers were abundant in the tree lines this summer and extremely quick!
For the first time in many years I finally saw a covey of Bobwhite Quail. Wish the pics were better...darn it!

The Brown Thrashers disappeared early summer but then reappeared in late Sept.
For several evenings in late Sept. we had many Common Nighthawks...you can almost see this one!
The Eastern Phoebes have been here since early Spring.

We also had many Eastern Wood-Pewee's!
The Hairy Woodpecker finally showed up at the first sign of Autumn and now comes daily along with many other Woodpeckers!
I was very lucky to host the Indigo Buntings...they have returned to GP in Florida!
The Juvie Rose Breasted Grosbeaks visited on their migration south! I think they are beautiful!

This Loggerhead Shrike lives about a mile away!
The Mockingbirds are finally back!

We had lots of Turkey Vultures!
The Red-bellied Woodpecker has returned also!
He loves his dead tree!
Here he is sharing the tree with an Eastern Bluebird!
and here are 3 Bluebirds sharing a branch!
We have lots of Field Sparrows in the brush piles!
The Scissor Tailed Flycatchers were here all summer and spotted this one a few weeks ago.

Yes, these are all great pics, Dellrose. I am SO jealous of the Scissor-tailed though. I have heard reports of these in the county just south of me but have never actually seen one.
