Making Up For Lost Time!

I have several pics to share from the weeks that my computer was down. These were taken from late August to early October. A long time to be without a computer and off-line!

The Blue-gray Gnatcatchers were abundant in the tree lines this summer and extremely quick!

For the first time in many years I finally saw a covey of Bobwhite Quail. Wish the pics were better...darn it!

The Brown Thrashers disappeared early summer but then reappeared in late Sept.

For several evenings in late Sept. we had many Common Nighthawks...you can almost see this one!

The Hairy Woodpecker finally showed up at the first sign of Autumn and now comes daily along with many other Woodpeckers!

Yes, these are all great pics, Dellrose. I am SO jealous of the Scissor-tailed though. I have heard reports of these in the county just south of me but have never actually seen one.
