I'll do a follow up after the hatch in a couple weeks.

I had a great hatch with frizzle and silkie eggs from Dipsy Doodle Doo on Backyardchickens.com. I think it was over 85% hatch rate, and they were mailed eggs!

I also had a great hatch of buttercup bantams from eggbid.com eggs purchased from the seller who goes by the name "KathyLeininger." Very high hatch rate and very nice healthy chicks.

I ordered 6 Nankin bantam eggs from Darlene Thompson on egg.bid and received 9. Five hatched and are beautiful and extremely healthy. They were very strong chicks. She is very pleasant to work with.

I ordered 12 Silkie eggs from "thomdean46" on eBay and got 15--9 are developing at 10 days and look good. The eggs were well packed and the breeder was very helpful.

I won 6 from this lady.. I got to pick up my eggs cause she is local. Wonderful lady, VERY helpful and her flock is oh so adorable! Her name is Michelle, I invited her to DG she thanked me many times over.. I'm not sure if she signed up.. but I bet we will see her someday.

I cannot report on hatch rate yet.. but I can say all 7 eggs developed.... they still have a few days to go.. (this is my first hatch, I did a LOT wrong, so hatch rate is not a factor here in my opinion.) AND they were not shipped.. My entry here is for the quality of her birds, communication with the seller and development of the eggs.

I would and will buy from her again.
