I was trying to get shots of the Kinglets all day. In an elm tree just past my back fence there are at least a dozen Kinglets, some are Ruby-crowned along with the Golden-crowned. It looks like the tree and surrounding tree's are swarming with mexican jumping beans.
These shots aren't perfect but there not bad considering how super fast these little guys are and I was so happy to get them after a full morning of blurred pics. 6 Photos
Determination Pays Off- Golden-crowned Kinglet

Nice pics Pelle. Are they a bird that normally heads south?
Looks like they winter in most of the US. http://www.birds.cornell.edu/AllAboutBirds/BirdGuide/Golden-crowned_Kinglet.html#map
What gorgeous little birds, Pelle. Great shots.
Thanks everyone! They definitely are a big challenge.
You are sure lucky to have so many cute little playmates, to challenge you, Pell. Another very nice series.
Lovely, Pelle! They are such a pretty little bird. I'm envious.
OOh I like them! Never seen one... can you send them my way please?
I like how you can actually see its little gold crown - not like the seldom seen red patch on the ruby-crowned k's
Now I swear I posted here.... Those are really great pics pelle, Fabulous Job!
That is an accomplishment!! - great photos that really capture those cute, handsome little guys!
Thank you very much! I saw a few around yesterday morning but then it became very overcast so I couldn't take any photos. Hopefully I'll get another chance at them. The Yellow-rumped Warblers are still around too.
