That certainly depends on what you like to eat. I'd add dill and chives for sure!
I like the "lemons" Lemon basil, Lemon balm, Lemon grass, Lemon verbena, Lemon catnip ~ I am sure there are more but they don't come to mind. I also love a bay tree (Laurus nobilis). I keep it potted and trim the leaves for use in cooking. Most of the herbs should do well in your zone.

Hi chubbydoll, You've started a fun hobby. I've been growing herbs for several years and the many different fragrances, textures, tastes and just simple beauty is a wonder.
As you add to your collection learn everything you can about what you plant. How to grow it and what it's good for. The knowledge adds to love of herbs, even if you never use them. Just throw the name of one in google and you'll be off.
I like Rue, an ancient plant used to purify alters. Also a pretty blue green plant that is prettier the first year but turns woody after that. It,s evergreen here and self sows.
Catnip is a must for cat and tea lovers. It's a perennial.leaves are easy to pick and dry. I like the tea in winter.Mixed with lemon or peppermint improves the taste. It has taken off and grows wild in a small field across from me. I like to make cat toys for friends who have cats with catnip.
There are so many totally different kinds of basil. You could fill a large bed with nothing but Basils for all tastes.
Catnip, basil and rue come up easily from seeds.
Hope this can get you started with ideas.
Lots of luck
Vickie
