I have a summer blooming clematis, that looks a lot like the sweet autumn blooming clematis, but blooms from early summer on (even with little dead-heading)and drapes/flows; rather than climb on it's own. I have had it tied to curly twig willow poles or flowing up and over tomato cages. I do not know if it can be divided into many plants or if it is a 200 lb. root, What I do know is that it has to go. Any interest?

Bless your heart Marcia..I think you must have been digging for days there, considering the Hydrangea and now Clematis!

I have 8 people interested (9) if you are interested Trish. I think that is all that I can handle until I get the thing dug up--like I said, I have no idea what it is like under ground!!!!!!!!!! I will do on a first request basis etc. if I can get this thing dug up and divided without a backhoe!!!
Hi Marcia..I should have been more clear. I only wanted to comment on how hard you've been working in the garden! I will pass on the clematis but thank you for wanting to include me :)
