Weekend was a mixed bag

We had a good time camping with friends this past weekend. We sat around the fire in the evenings and DH had his guitar so we sang a bit. The trails were nice and the temps were good for riding. But it was dusty!! The local fire dept. was watering the roads but they were hard pressed to keep up with so much traffic in and out. There were over 8000 people there this weekend and I don't know how many horses. I sure saw some pretty horses. Wish I could have gotten more pics. Either there is something wrong with my camera or I need some new rechargable batteries. I don't know whether mine are not holding much of a charge or whether the camera is using too much battery. At any rate, the batteries ran out way too quick and I didn't get a lot of pics. Now I have misplaced my charger, yet again so I can't charge the batteries back up to unload the pics I did get. I am a hopeless case!
