The ones in the background (4th pic) look like Laughing Gulls in winter plummage.
Looks like some immature ones in the last pic.

Great pics, Grandmaggie! I really love the one of the sunset. As much as I love to take pics of birds I also love to take pictures of sunrises and sunsets.
