I just dug up a clump of Billinglea's very pretty Mountain Almond. I have 2 double fans of it that I dont need that someone can have for postage. These are only small to medium fans, but this one clumps up very fast. This one has never made large fans for me, I guess because its a dip. I do NOT spray for rust (did everyone hear that??)...but interestingly enough, this cultivar has never ever had rust.
