I just found some lily bulbs I forgot to plant this past spring. (Cleaning out the garage for my amaryllis.) The outside scales were soft, but most of each bulb is firm and white. They all had these baby bulbs growing on them in various sizes. I'd like to plant them and grow big bulbs ^_^.
If I plant all of these babies (just below the surface) in pots on my sunroom, how long will it take them to grow into flower producing bulbs?
(I planted a few in the spring and they have long leaves, but I don't know anything about when they will actually be blooming bulbs.)
Thanks for your help!
Baby bulbs
If they are hardy in your area I would plant them. It may take two years for them to bloom though.
Thanks!
