Hoya blashernaize?

Not sure if I have the spelling correct. I received this hoya in a trade last spring and can't find any information about it. Does anyone have this one, or information to share regarding it's likes and dislikes? I found a peduncle on it the other day and look forward to seeing the bloom. It's in a teeny little 2" pot sitting down inside a heavy clay pot to keep it from tipping over. I've kept it on my front porch and it gets a little morning sun and bright light all day. I'm wondering if it could take more sun.

Lin, that's a pretty plant you have there. It looks very healthy and must love where you have it. I hope you find the info on it. Let us know if you do.

Hi Lin. I have this hoya, which I bought because its name sounds so cool. Yeah, I'm kinda weird that way. I keep mine in a south facing window - it gets lots of light and quite a bit of sun - but keep in mind that the sun in Canada is not as strong as you would get in Florida! Wow, you have a peduncle already, and its in such a tiny pot! Hmmm maybe I should pot mine down... Anyway I water it the way I grow most of my hoyas - when its dry I water it, and it has been growing very nicely.

Looks like it 'could' be H. "Blasted Nazi" - when it blooms you can tell. I like that hoya!!!! Love the leaves!

LOL Carol ... Love that name! I will post a photo when the blooms open! By the way, the person I got this one from in trade said she bought it from your company!

Then, if I am lucky, it will be a correct name! (smile????)

Oh, my original question was the spelling of the name because I googled and couldn't find any information about this hoya with that spelling.

Thank You. Yes, I found out I was spelling it wrong. I saw a photo posted on the stemma forum where it was spelled blashernaezii.

However it's spelled, I still want to say "bless you" when I hear it!!
