Is it too late to transplant? ( Probably huh?)

I got two brugs last year and this year one has bloomed nicely and one has buds. I had left them out last winter and they did fine this year. I need to move them to another bed, Is it too late to move them/ Should I wait till Spring? I just moved to the South a couple years ago so I'm not sure... Any info would be appreciated

IRIS, Your Brugs need to have a well established root system before winter. In your zone, it would be best to wait until spring before moving them elsewhere.
