Thank you..I figured that. just wanted to make sure I was guessing right and it was a Gnatcatcher. :)...or rather Flycatcher...

Not impossible, Resin. If you can get a good look at it's bill you can ID it. If the lower mandible is yellowish, it's an Eastern Wood-Peewee. Otherwise, it's probably an Eastern Phoebe
