Very moist. I made it for my friends at work and it was scoffed up in no time!
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 cup (one stick) of butter
2 eggs
1/2 pint (1 cup) Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Filling
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup diced apples
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix first section in the order listed.
Mix second section separately
In a angel food pan layer first half the batter, then half the filling. Then repeat a layer of batter and a layer of filling on top.
350 degrees 55 minutes
