CLOSED: what is this tiny blue and white bird?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

I have three pictures and none of them are good, but this is the first time I've seen it that I've gotten a picture at all. It stays up in the trees and moves around very quickly. It appears blue to me on top but might be a blueish gray. White underneath with white patches on the tail like a mockingbird. It flits its tail like a mockingbird or a wren. It's very small.

The top of its head is blue/gray and smooth. It doesn't seem to have a tuft. Here's the back of it.

This is the last one which is pretty blurry but might help.

Maybe a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher?

Northumberland, United Kingdom(Zone 9a)

Yep, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher. Flitting their tails is a character of gnatcatchers.

Thanks!
