CLOSED: Small hostas???

Melfa, VA(Zone 8a)

I am looking for divisions of small hostas that grow from 6" to 12" tall. Anyone have any to trade?

Akron, PA(Zone 6b)

I have a bunch of minis, but unfortunately, most are too small yet to divide... If you have some, I would love to set up a trade in the future, once mine have a little more time to grow.

I have a mini also, but mine is too small to divide, keep me in mind for a future trade.

Nilwood, IL(Zone 5b)

I am up for future trades too but mine have been in the ground for 3 yrs and have hardly grown. Are these little guys that slow or what should I do?
I don't think I even care for minis anymore if they don't grow more than they have. I may have some to get rid of next spring. BEV

I have one mini somewhere!!! I moved it a while back and now I can't remember where!!! OLD AGE!!!! I don't want any more 4-6 inchers. I was thinking more of 10-16"...something that will stay below the things behind it. I have one that size and it has increased into a nice clump...don't have the name anymore. The tiny one grew some divisions but they were so small I never divided it! I have traded for all of the big ones I think I can use...not sure but I already have some large ones here to go along with them. Sinking into or planting everything in our garden this fall until we move next year to the shore...have NO plants there!!! That way they will get some care here and maybe grow a bit. The things I have gotten in pots are staying in those...thus the sunken ones...will keep their roots from freezing.
Thanks to all!!! Will keep looking until it gets too cold to dig. Shipping??? I used to ship greenhouse orchids all winter!!! Never lost a one!

I don't mess with the little ones. And it is not just a Texas 'thang,' but I really prefer the larger plants that make a statement. They also have a chance to rise above the weeds and other obstacles they find in my garden.

Yep!! That si why I also got large ones but they will go further in behind.
