Easy but delicious slow cooker recipes anyone?

I work long hours but try to prepare meals at home. I recently dragged out my old crockpot and with no recipes in mind prepared some surprisingly good meals with very little prep...Cabbage, low salt cream of mushroom soup and canned corned beef made pretty good Corned Beef and Cabbage. Boston Butt plus bottled BBQ sauce resulted in a very tender and juicy pork roast. They don't have to be THAT easy but I could use some ideas for tasty recipes that don't involve a lot of preparation.
