Is this a Plumeria?

Hello, Everyone - This is my first post, although I've been a member for sometime. I really enyoy coming here and reading, I've learned so much from all of you. But now I have a question - I have this plant that I bought from Wal-Mart about 3/4 yrs. ago,is it a Plumeria? The wood is very soft.

Very nice, very profuse bloomer, evergreen, does not get rust. Very easy to root cuttings, too.
Only drawback: no fragrance.

Thanks for responding Cros3nails - So I'm now the proud owner of a plumeria. Your right dutchlady, no fragrance. It does bloom very nicely.

The smell is at dawns first light
Hard to detect but a hint of honeysuckle then gone.
Ive heard this reported many times and experienced it once myself.
I have no honeysuckles anywhere.

yeah i noticed that once, but the scent was so light my nose had to be all the way in the flowers and leaves. to me, the scent smelled kind of lily like
