Lime Pepper Chicken with Mango Salsa

Rowlett, TX(Zone 8a)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts add Lime pepper and grill til done
Juice of lime on chicken breasts when done cooking

Mango Salsa

1 mango peeled and cubed
1 medium onion cubed
½ green pepper cubed
½ red pepper cubed
½ yellow pepper cubed
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and cubed
½ tsp lime zest
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup frozen Corn (approximately)
Fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 T minced garlic
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together in bowl and let rest together for at least 1 hr. Serve on top of the lime pepper chicken
