We normally see the eagles and hawks fly by our home, but yesterday this Peregrine Falcon decided to land in a tree below us. It's considered a rare sight in our area, although I did photograph another one last February.
A rare sight for us!
Oh lucky you duc!! I've never seen one in the wild only at Bird Shows.
Wonderful pic!
Great shot. The other day driving down the road I could have killed myself for not having my camera but it was charging...here right on the road was an adult vulture with 3 baby ones feeding on roadkill. A rare site as I have never seen the babies before.
D
Lucky you ...and fantastic shot!!
wow, how lucky are you! What an amazing bird to see so closely. A good sign, I'd say.
To see it great, to have the picture, priceless.
Wonderful picture. Lucky you.
We have lots of turkey vultures here and a pair that nest in the woods, but never saw a baby.
Oh, the pictures we have stored in our heads. LOL.
Amazing catch!
That's a very handsome bird there!
Nice shoot. How cool is that to see such a bird.
