"In Tennessee, you can't shoot any game other than whales from a moving automobile. Until recently, it was illegal to fish for whales off the coast of Oklahoma. Likewise in California, it is a misdemeanor to shoot at any kind of game from a moving vehicle, unless the target is a whale."
