I haven't googled this yet cause I figured you guys would know the best.....

I am looking for a way to make syrup for DHs French Toast and pancakes...from fruit. Real Maple stuff hit $23 in the stores here....GAG....and we have tons of fruit so I thought.... I have lots of Passion Fruit, Guava and Mango right now.... any suggestions?
