Can't receive some e-mails

Some people have told me they get a message that their mail to me is undeliverable. It is usually a large mail I think. I have high speed and I thought that was a fixer. Now some have suggested I have too much stuff on my computer . What kind of stuff? E-mails? Folders in word etc. I would just like to be able to get what people send me. Do I need to get a tech or buy some of the outlook fixers?
