Help with fried chicken

(Zone 7b)

I have been searching for a fried chicken recipe that gives specific salt & pepper ratio to flour. I like to fry chicken but would like to be able to dip it then just put it in a bag with flour, salt,pepper mixture and fry without all the getting flour all over my shakers. Can anybody help with this? (I don't use the poultry seasoning because it has MSG)
