Hi all,
I never think to post here. We are at the DG Kentucky round up and I have added two birds to my life list. It's always exciting to see a bird that you have never seen before. Just thought I would share.

New life birds
Thats great Howie! Congratulations!
Congratulations on the new birds!!
both very enjoyable birds. I always get excited to see egrets and herons (especially since it's usually a drive for me to see them).
Paul who is Floridians DH saw a bald eagle while we were out driving. I have yet to see one of those in the wild. We have a pair that nest in our hometown but I've not seen them yet. I was disappointed that I did not see the one Paul seen. I've not been dooing much bird watching lately but this trip has got me back in the mood to go out and watch.
These are an exciting find for you. Congratulations on the two additions.
