i've been conducting an experiment the past couple of months with the canine advantix. jasper weighs 20 and heidi weighs 15. i bought 2 six-packs of advantix (11-20 lb.) from drs.fostersmith online with free shipping and instead of putting a whole one on each dog, i put 8 drops on jasper and the rest on heidi. so far, so good. no fleas. we walk them twice a day and they are allowed playtime in the fenced area several times a day and the fleas are out there, i have no doubt. in addition to that, the pup i rescued last week was loaded with them. i treated her right away, as some of you will remember) with the feline advantage (thought it would be safer on her) and though she wasn't here long, i expected some flea activity on the other two. happy to report that we are still flea free.
