I have never grown or seen artichokes grown before; but, have some artichoke seeds and this next season, I'm planting them in a grow box folks. So; I needs lots of advice here ok? Not in just planting them; but, how to clean them and freeze or/and can them also. I love Spinach/Artichoke dip and so does my entire family and their familys so I think you have the idea right? First, how do I care for the artichoke, then, when is it ripe, how do I get it to where I can use it later in Spinach Dip?
